Terms of use
Last updated 24 September 2026
Business Manager is provided to invited users for running their own businesses. These terms are short because the arrangement is simple.
Accounts
Access is by invitation. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the people you invite to a business you control. Do not share your sign-in.
Your records are yours
What you enter belongs to you. It is not sold, mined, or used to train anything. You can export it at any time, and asking for your account to be deleted removes it.
What this is not
It is bookkeeping software, not an accountant. Tax figures it shows — including GPM, VSD, PSD and VAT — are estimates calculated from rates you enter yourself, to help you plan. They are not advice, not a filing, and not a substitute for checking with the tax authority or a qualified accountant. Rates change; the ones in your settings are the ones you put there.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose — the app can produce one on demand.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you have paid to use the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
